Thank you for shopping with Dolton Designs. We take great care in packaging and shipping our handcrafted metal items to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Our standard shipping service covers Mainland UK addresses. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and other remote locations may incur additional charges, which will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery postcode.
Order Processing
While we hold our stock range, some of our metal items are made to order.
Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 weeks of receiving payment and order confirmation.
During particularly busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using DHL Commerce.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information by email, allowing you to monitor your delivery's progress.
Delivery Times
After dispatch, deliveries typically arrive within 1–3 working days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, and peak seasonal demand.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders. The minimum order value required for free shipping may vary throughout the year and may depend on the products purchased. Any applicable free shipping offers and shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever is sooner.
This right does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.
If you have ordered a bespoke item that is will be made to customer specifications, we are unable to accept cancellations, modifications, or amendments once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received.
Please ensure that all order details, including delivery information, are correct before completing your purchase.
Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address at the time of ordering.
Dolton Designs cannot be held responsible for delays, additional charges, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
